If you configure a zero-route Branch Office VPN tunnel to your FireCluster, all traffic to the Internet passes through the VPN tunnel. If you use the FTP-proxy with this configuration, FTP traffic fails to pass through the tunnel.

You can consider using an FTP packet filter instead of the FTP-proxy to process FTP traffic until this issue is resolved.
