Configure the VPN Portal settings in Fireware v12.1.x

Information
How do I configure the VPN Portal settings in Fireware v12.1.x?
The Access Portal and Mobile VPN with SSL features share these settings:
  • Interface for connections
  • Authentication servers
  • VPN Portal port (configuration port)
In Fireware v12.1.x:
  • These shared settings appear on a page named VPN Portal Settings.
  • The Access Portal and Mobile VPN with SSL configurations link to the VPN Portal configuration.
  • The WatchGuard SSLVPN policy specifies the alias WG-VPN-Portal in the From field. By default, the alias WG-VPN-Portal includes only the Any-External interface. Interfaces you specify in the VPN Portal settings appear in the alias WG-VPN-Portal.

  4. To add an authentication server, in the Authentication Servers section, click Add
  5. To add an interface for connections to the Access Portal or Mobile VPN with SSL, in the Interfaces section, click Add
  6. In the VPN Portal Port text box, type a port number. This is the configuration port shared by the Access Portal and Mobile VPN with SSL.
  7. In the Timeouts section, specify a Session Timeout and Idle Timeout. Screen shot of the VPN Portal settings
