 Some WebBlocker log messages have no category listed

Information
In log messages and reports for WebBlocker, you might see categories listed like (none) or cats="".
This can occur for multiple reasons:
  • The Firebox is unable to connect to WebSense cloud.
  • The user entered the passphrase for WebBlocker Override, or clicked Accept when a site matched a Warn action in WebBlocker.
