 WatchGuard support requires all callers to be authorized

When you call into WatchGuard support, we will ask you to confirm that you are authorized to call as a WatchGuard customer, or on behalf of one. This protects your privacy and security, because WatchGuard has access to information that could be used to compromise your personal information, or the security of your network. 
Be prepared to provide this information when you call:
  1. First and last name
  2. CON - [number]
  3. Company name
  4. Phone or email contact information
  5. Serial number
