How to create a TDR Host Sensor triage file on macOS

Information
If you contact WatchGuard Customer Support for help with the TDR Host Sensor on a macOS system, the support team might ask you to download a triage file.
The triage file contains log messages and details about the Host Sesnor and your macOS system to help diagnose Host Sensor issues.
To create the triage file:
  1. Open a terminal on your macOS system. You can find the terminal application in Applications > Utilities.
  2. In terminal, run the command sudo /usr/local/watchguard/tdr/triage_hostsensor.sh /usr/local/watchguard/tdr
  3. Exit the terminal. The triage folder appears in the current working directory, with a name in this format:
    SensorTriageData_<HOSTNAME>_<TIMESTAMP>.tgz
