If you contact WatchGuard Customer Support for help with the TDR Host Sensor on a macOS system, the support team might ask you to download a triage file.The triage file contains log messages and details about the Host Sensor and your macOS system to help diagnose Host Sensor issues.To create the triage file:
- Open a terminal on your macOS system. You can find the terminal application in Applications > Utilities.
- In terminal, run the command sudo /usr/local/watchguard/tdr/triage_hostsensor.sh /usr/local/watchguard/tdr
- Exit the terminal. The triage folder appears in the current working directory, with a name in this format:
SensorTriageData_<HOSTNAME>_<TIMESTAMP>.tgz
